Warrior 1 Row

  1. Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides, put your left foot flat on the floor about three feet behind your right with your toes pointed out, and bend your right knee into a lunge (Warrior 1). With your back flat, lower your torso toward your front knee, keeping your arms straight.
  2. From this position, pull your shoulder blades together and bend your elbows to lift the weights to the sides of your chest. Slowly lower back to start. That’s one rep. Do 10 to 12, then switch legs and repeat.

IM BACCK

so christmas holiday was the fucking best except for the fact that i got out of routine ! i used to exercise all the time and drink water and i was slowly loosing weight but now WTF just gained more fucking weight ! -.- i know it was uptoo me to control my self but i couldnt thus why i am starting now ! I SWEAR ONCE MY FUCKING PERIOD IS OVER IM GONNA RUN THE SHIT OUT OF THE FOOTPATH !
